Payments: Once a payment is made, it is non-refundable. However, the amount will be credited to your debit note for use on future orders. Defective Goods: If you receive defective items, please take clear photos or videos and contact your sales representative immediately. We will review your report and assist with the claim process. Damage or Theft in Transit: Notify your chosen forwarder to file a claim for any damage or theft during shipping, as we cannot be held responsible for such issues. Faulty Products: If faulty products are received, we will report the issue to the suppliers/manufacturers and guide you through the claim process.
